Engineer. Builder. Writer.
Now
I’m an engineering leader based in the GCC, working on how AI is changing the way software gets built and the way organizations operate. This site is where I make that work and thinking visible.
Career
I’ve spent my career building software and leading engineering teams — designing systems, making architecture trade-offs, and learning what it takes for technology to work inside real organizations. I care less about titles than about what compounds: judgment, capability, and the quality of the work.
Building
Alongside my day job, I build — experiments, products and ventures at the intersection of technology and business, especially financial and commerce infrastructure and the application of AI to real operational problems. Selected pieces live on the Work page.
Writing & Ideas
I write to make my thinking legible. Writing is where ideas get developed; Ideas is where the recurring ones are consolidated into frameworks I keep returning to. I also write The Middle, a periodic letter about the part of life where most of life happens.
